Abundant Technologies, LLC was originally established in 1994 as Doyle Telecom. Tom McMakin served as the manager for the division for 10 years growing the division into a stable profit center and Terri McMakin had been the Administrative Divisional Manager for the telecom division among other technology divisions. In 2006, Tom and Terri were given the opportunity to acquire the division and establish it as a single, owner-based business. In January 2009, Doyle Telecom became an LLC as Abundant Technologies, LLC and as of January 1, 2011 Abundant Technologies, LLC dropped the name of Doyle Telecom all together. Abundant Technologies is based in the Walla Walla Valley and currently services much of Washington, Oregon and Idaho in the areas of subcontracting to over 33 national accounts, telecommunications, fiber optics, business telephone systems, camera systems, door access, kiosk advertising and low voltage cabling. By the end of 2011 we will have also expanded into several other low voltage products and services.
EXECUTIVE BIOS
Terri McMakin Owner, CFO
Has over 15 years in the electrical and telecommunications field and has over 25 years of administrative, financial and marketing experience. She has had schooling in the area of Behavioral Science, Business and Computer Application Management. Terri serves on several community boards and non-profit organizations in the area in her personal time and works with local teens.
Tom McMakin Owner, General Manager/Estimator
Has over 22 years experience in the electrical and telecommunications field. Tom has gained experience from every aspect of the electrical/telecom field which gives him a well-rounded view to engineer jobs and work with our clients. Tom carries his administrator's license, his 06 license and several certifications for telephone systems and cabling. His knowledge and customer service is hard to come by or duplicate. Tom's schooling comes from Columbia Basin Community College and Northwest University. In his personal time, Tom enjoys being outdoors with his family, mostly with hunting and fishing, camping or on the river.

Walla Walla School District School Dude Maintenance Contract
Low voltage cabling, smart boards, etc.
We support the Walla Walla School District tech department on an on-going basis by fulfilling any and all overflow work orders assigned through the School Dude system.
Walla Walla School District Cabling Renovation Projects
The project involved Edison Elementary, Prospect Point Elementary, Blue Ridge Elementary, Berney Elementary, Garrison Middle School, and Walla Walla High School.
The projects are semi-major cabling renovations for network, phone and fiber cabling.
Walla Walla Hampton Inn Installation Project
Banner Bank Low Voltage Cabling Integration
As Banner Bank assumed new branches across Washington State we rewired/updated each branch to integrate with the other branches and their low voltage cabling
Comnet Communications/RiteAid Pharmacy/IBM Computers HIPPA Computer Project
This two-year, three-phase installation project covered 120 sites in three states.
Phase one included a site survey. Phase two involved setting of the computer system and equipment. Phase three was a cutover with IBM.
Walla Walla Community College Multi-Cultural Center Network Cabling Installation
This network cabling installation remodel was conducted along with Power City Electric, Inc.
